Private

Only you can see this note. Use for personal reminders, draft thoughts, or work-in-progress ideas.

Team

Visible to everyone in your workspace. Use for feedback, review comments, and collaborative discussion.

Public

Visible on published galleries. Use for artist statements, context, and viewer-facing descriptions.

Collaboration Tools

@Mentions

Tag team members to notify them. Start typing @ and select from the autocomplete list. Mentioned users receive real-time notifications.

Threaded replies

Reply to any note to start a focused discussion. Threads keep conversations organised and contextual to the original comment.

Reactions
