AI credits power Numonic's intelligent features like automatic metadata extraction, workflow analysis, and smart search. Each operation uses credits based on complexity: embedding generation uses ~1 credit, auto-tagging uses ~5 credits, and auto-descriptions use ~8 credits.
Monthly subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period. However, credits purchased separately as credit packs never expire and can be used at any time.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and be prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage. We won't delete your assets—you just won't be able to upload new ones until you have space.
